Acceptable Use Policy
Last revised: March 6, 2026 (Pacific Time). This AUP describes prohibited activities in connection with your use of Kachyng Services.
Kachyng builds execution infrastructure for autonomous commerce — identity, orchestration, trust, and payment in one platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activity that is prohibited when using the Services.
We may modify this AUP at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after posting means you accept the latest version.
If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Use, this AUP controls only to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict.
Enforcement
We may, at any time and without notice, remove materials, suspend, or terminate your account or service access if activity violates the letter or spirit of this AUP, including activity outside direct use of the Services.
Kachyng may monitor or investigate use of Services for compliance. Our determination of whether a violation occurred is final and binding.
Prohibited Activities
- • Activity that harms Kachyng's public image, goodwill, or reputation.
- • Illegal activity or content, including exploitation/abuse, violence, illegal drug use, or underage drinking.
- • Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights.
- • Misrepresenting endorsement by Kachyng without prior written consent.
- • Violating applicable law, or encouraging criminal/civilly actionable conduct.
- • Libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, pornographic, or obscene content.
- • Hate, discriminatory violence, or support for organizations promoting hate or violence.
- • Offering goods/services or posting materials that violate laws where you operate.
- • Transmitting trade secrets or non-public information without authorization.
- • Hacking, defacing, or restricting others from using Services.
- • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or unauthorized modification of Services.
- • Removing copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- • Unauthorized sublicensing, resale, leasing, assignment, or commercial exploitation of Services content.
- • Framing or mirroring any part of Services.
- • Distributing viruses, worms, malware, phishing pages, or similar harmful code/materials.
- • Interfering with service operations or causing excessive/disproportionate infrastructure load.
- • Spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or CAN-SPAM violations.
- • Terrorism-related support, funding, promotion, or membership facilitation.
- • Scraping, crawling, indexing, data mining, or bypassing authentication/security controls.
- • Forging headers or identifiers to disguise origin.
- • Packet sniffing/network monitoring to intercept data not intended for you.
- • Processing HIPAA-regulated protected health information through Services.
- • Harvesting visitor/member data without express consent.
- • Using references/likeness of identifiable third parties without required consent.
- • Using Services to build a competing service.
Definition of Materials
"Materials" means any photo, image, video, graphic, written content, audio file, code, information, data, or other content uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted, or exhibited on or in connection with your account.
